With the tangshan economy development ,much finance institutions such as fund,insurance compancy and stock--shared bank swarm into tangshan, and this make the competition in finance field much more furrier. Traditional compensation system of ICBC tangshan branch does not adapt to the circumstance, and this decreases the effort of employee and brings many workers left their bank, which will effect competition and continually developing ability of ICBC tangshan branch. Under market economy terms, compensation system designing concerns enterprise high or low prices of performance directly, so analyzing the reconstruction of compensation system with advanced management theory is of some practical importance.This paper, taking ICBC tangshan branch as an example , analyzes the compensation system of tangshan branch by combining the modern theory on compensation and motivation. First, it briefly introduces the relevant theories on compensation and motivation, on the base put forward compensation system designing principle and effect. Then anatomies systematically the actuality of compensation system in ICBC tangshan branch, and proposes its shortcomings. Next use of relevant management theory as a guide, the ICBC Tangshan branch compensation system in empirical analysis, diversification of the proposed compensation system design, construction jobs include wages, performance pay, benefits and other items of economic compensation, Targeted select corporate culture, career planning, and other non-economic compensation formed a complete system of compensation and the compensation system under the project identification process carried out a detailed analysis . At last discusses concretely the fix of every compensation item and the practice of new compensation system including the obstacles and resolving measures.The study on compemsation system designing of ICBC tangshan branch after the reforming of finance system will be of some practical importance to resolve such problems lack fervor in work and high turnover of employees .At the same time this study will also give some advices on improving the human resource management level of ICBC tangshgan branch and the reform of compensation system of other state-owned commercial banks.
