The Research On The Project Team Construction In Manufacturing Enterprises

Team construction is very important for one organization. Team construction can explore the potential of employees better, can build a higher performance work team, and improve the efficiency of management.In this paper, there is a research about project team construction in manufacturing enterprises, SG company, and verify the effectiveness of team construction. First, collected the feedback from the project team members by interview, then collected data by questionnaire survey, the data was collected from three teams of two companies, including lean project team, non-lean project team in SG company and another team from other company. Data analysis methods were SPSS and AMOS. The results show that the team construction can help to improve the staff’s commitment and satisfaction to the organization, to promote the initiative behavior, to improve the team’s lean maturity. The deficiencies are summarized in the paper, and put forward the outlook for future research.
