A lot of research has been done on how to improve the performance of construction projects,and the previous scholars have done a lot of research from the aspects of project managers and project team management.However,the research on the integration of behavior among leaders in the project team is rarely reported.Previous studies on "behavioral integration" have focused on the field of corporate executives,and research has become more mature.Compared with the enterprise top management team,the construction project management team's organizational background,team characteristics,task types,behavior characteristics are significantly different.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study on the theoretical structure and measurement methods of the construction project "project management team behavior integration" for the special organization background of the construction project,and to explore the influence of the project management team's behavior integration on the team's performance.Based on the theory of top management team integration,project management theory and team effectiveness theory,this paper has developed the theoretical construction and measurement scale of construction project "project management team behavior integration".Based on this,the structural model of social capital,fair atmosphere,leadership style,behavior integration and team effectiveness is constructed,and the corresponding basic assumptions are put forward.The data are collected from the questionnaire,and analyzed by SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 software.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The concept of "project management team behavior integration" is defined——Project management team members take the initiative to cross the department and professional boundaries to share knowledge,resources and shared commitment to the behavior process,and we puts forward that the project management team behavior integration includes three elements:cross-border cooperation,benign conflict and knowledge sharing;(2)The research confirms that the three elements of cross-border collaboration,benign conflict and knowledge sharing have significant positive relationship with team operation efficiency and team member satisfaction respectively.Project management team internal social capital,fair atmosphere,transformational leadership,transactional leadership four variables as an intermediate dependent variable,and the project management team behavior integration as an intermediate variable,all have a different degree of impact on team performance.The significance of this study is to apply the concept of behavior integration to the project management team for the first time,and to explain the impact mechanism of project team effectiveness from a new perspective,and to provide new implications for construction project management.
