With the system of digital surveying and mapping technology gradually becoming mature, the management and development of human resources should not be ignored if LN surveying and mapping company wants to gain permanent competitive advantage in the face of the challenge brought by the competition in the new century .It is urgent to configure the human resources of the company effectively in order to timely promote the reconstruction of internal technique and human resources and adjust the organizational structure to set up the standard management system of human resources. The job analysis is the foundation of all kinds of human resources management. But at present, the LN surveying and mapping company is lack of job analysis, so it is necessary to build a complete system of job analysis.This thesis will start from the job analysis which is the basic work in the management of human resources. Then the author will combine the characteristics of the surveying and mapping industry with the characteristics of LN surveying and mapping company and the status of human resources to analyze the problem currently existed in the process of job analysis, and further to study the necessity and feasibility of making job analysis in the company, then the author deeply and elaborately introduces the whole process of carrying out the job analysis. And the author puts forward a set of schemes about job analysis system in the end.This paper includes four parts: in the first part, the theory of job analysis is briefly introduced. The author will introduce the basic principle and the research status of the job analysis in this part;in the second part, the present situation of job analysis in LN surveying and mapping company will be analyzed. Through the analysis of the adoption of new technology of surveying and mapping, and the post and the flow of business, the problem will be found and the reason of causing the problem will be analyzed. Then the author will discuss the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the job analysis;In the third part, the author will make the job analysis according to the following procedures: Set the target of job analysis based on the company's overall development strategy;collect the information about job analysis through the way of questionnaire investigation, face to face chat and holding the technique meeting;integrate the results of job analysis by combining the analysis of business flow and organizational structure;rationally set up the post;produce a set of practical and feasible post instruction and realize the optimization of post setting ,business flow and organizational structure. The fourth part is mainly about the project of LN surveying andmapping company is implemented. Introduce communication, training, computer software guarantee in the course at first, have proved on position management, staffs training, and professional technique work function module of position administration system that develop by the company oneself .And then introduces the specific application of the results of job analysis in the process of adjusted the organizational structure and training and development of the staff. At last, the author gives an overall conclusion and relative suggestions.
