Surveying and mapping,an old industry full of vitality,is a fundamental work for economy,national defense and social development.The core business of the companies is measurement and drawing.Working in the field for a long time with poor environment,surveyors are required to work hard and selflessly.Surveying and mapping belongs to group work,demanding unity and cooperation of the staff.The high quality requirement of surveying and mapping products,need surveyors to work with carefulness.The development of surveying and mapping talents directly affects the service ability and level of the whole industry.The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.How to attract and retain talents,and doing a good job in human resource management,is one of the focuses of the development of surveying and mapping enterprises.As the core of human resource management,the staff incentive has become an important problem affecting enterprise development.FY Surveying and Mapping Company,is a small and medium-sized private enterprise in Hangzhou,with a good momentum.The company is reformed from an institution.After ten years of development,there are still disadvantages in some ways.This paper takes FY Surveying and Mapping Company as the research object,uses relevant incentive theories to analyze,knows the present status and problem of the incentive mechanism of the company through questionnaires and interviews,and designs an optimal incentive scheme from the aspects of salary and welfare,spirit and culture,performance appraisal and personal development,to arouse the enthusiasm of employees,provide decision-making basis for the company managers,and promote the development of the company.This not only has the practical significance to the sustainable development of FY Surveying and Mapping Company,but also provides implications for the development of other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry.Meanwhile,this research provides a new perspective for studies on the theory of incentive,further confirms the interpretive power of the theory,expands the research area,and has certain theoretical and practical significances.
