In recent years,China’s geographic information industry has continued to develop steadily,and has changed to a high-quality direction.The scale of China’s geographic information industry has grown steadily,its international status has been improved,its industrial structure has been optimized,its leading enterprises have been growing strongly and taking the lead.The transformation and upgrading have achieved initial results,new services,new formats and new products have been emerging,and its industrial development environment has been optimized Innovation ability continues to improve,and service leading cities continue to expand.In this context,surveying and mapping service enterprises need to raise a lot of funds and invest a lot of capital in order to carry out product transformation and open up new markets.Therefore,on the one hand,in the transformation and upgrading of Surveying and mapping service enterprises,it is necessary to explore new financing channels on the premise of ensuring the stable and reasonable capital structure of enterprises;on the other hand,while raising enough funds to meet the daily production and operation of enterprises and the investment of key projects,it is necessary to ensure the efficiency of project investment,stabilize the future income,control the financing structure of enterprises,and reduce financing capital risk is of great significance to the surveying and mapping service enterprises in the period of transformation and upgrading.This paper summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign enterprise financing,and expounds the basic theories related to financing and the relevant theories of PMC mode.On this basis,first of all,select the rain and pollution mapping project of SGC surveying and mapping service company as the research object,combined with the industry development and the company background,make an in-depth analysis of the company’s overall financial situation,and then introduce the overall construction objectives of the project,the field exploration content and the construction of the geographic data platform system,and put forward the capital demand of the whole rain and pollution mapping project.Then according to the current situation of project financing of SGC company,it points out that for SGC company at this stage,there are some problems,such as the project financing mode is limited by market reasons and the background of small and medium-sized high-tech industry,the capital structure is unreasonable,the proportion of accounts receivable is too high,the financing risk way in the past causes SGC company to bear the risk point and area,and the influence range is wide.According to the problems existing in the project financing of SGC company,this paper puts forward that the design of the financing plan of the rain and pollution mapping project should meet the financing needs from three aspects: the industry background,the ratio of project income and risk,and the improvement of the design specialization of the financing plan.According to the principles and design ideas of the project financing design,the internal financing and debt financing are finally selected from the 7 existing financing methods Four financing methods,i.e.capital financing,equity financing and project trust financing,combined with SGC’s own development,are finally put forward the best financing plan after calculation,and the financing cost accounting and repayment plan are listed for this financing plan.Finally,according to the financing plan,the company’s credit rating,the completion of field survey of rain and pollution mapping project,the construction of geographic information data platform system,technical training of employees and after-sales service are proposed,which will lay a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the whole project.
