Incorporate econemy and global information has changed the pattern of management. The enterprise will pay attention to improving the efficiency of resource. At the same time, adding enterprise wide value has become a new object of management. For sake of continuing to adding enterprise wide value, the enterprise should improve administration and adapt for environment. Finance manages money and it is one of important apartment in the enterprise. Finance function is very important to a enterprise.But the action of traditional finance apartment has not added enterprise wide value. And now traditional finance function has not meet the requirement of enterprise.
