Business Process Design And Optimization Based On BPR For Industry And Commercial Administration Department

Along with the evolvement of management theory, Business ProcessRe-engineering(BPR) had stepped on the history stage. As an important method ofimproving process and organization efficiency, it had attracted important attention ofmanagement industry. Moreover, private corporations and public managementdepartment all over the global had largely attended it.BPR theory had been used as an efficient tool of improving performance todiscuss the problem of optimizing business process in industry and commercialadministration. Firstly, meaning of choosing this subject that was the necessity ofbringing forward "Government Re-engineering" and reform in industry andcommercial administration had been expounded in exordium. Secondly, keystone,principal and method of BPR had been introduced by the research of BPR theory.BPR methodology had been expounded in detail and been used to analysis andoptimize business process in industry and commercial administration, and then toevaluate the improved process. Build guideline system firstly, and then usequantitative method that was AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate theoptimizing effect and show the effect of process optimizing in improvingmanagement and service level and efficiency. Finally, the example of applying BPRin industry and commercial administration was discussed to approve the validity ofmethods.
