This paper studies the centralized transaction model of retail banking business process re-engineering.The paper analyzes the retail banking business characteristics, its risk characteristics and the current situation of retail banking business process to show the necessity and feasibility of re-engineering retail banking business process and centralizing transactions in the current most competitive economic environment. The paper introduces the concept of Shared Services Model and the development of Shared Services Center at home and abroad.It analyzes the key steps of the process re-engineering and typical business on the Shared Services Model—Regional Operations Center in dealing with the retail banking business.The conclusion is that the establishment of Regional Operations Center in the name of the entire bank is an important guarantee to enhance a commercial bank's financial innovation and support commercial bank's operations,and it is an effective way to achieve horizontal connections between sectors and improve risk management capability for commercial banks. |
