Brief Analysis On Re-engineering Of Accountancy Service

From the late nineties, many foreign commercial banks have changed their operation strategy to " Customer is the God ".Supported by IT technology, business reforms took place in these banks. Under the situation of financial market fully open to the outside world, interest rate marketization, asset market diversification, and the original accountancy service model of CB State-owned commercial banks can not satisfy the need of current business development and business innovation. How could CB State-owned commercial banks win in a severe market competition. The only choice for them is to redesign a new accountancy service process.In this paper, the author analyzes the process of the current CB State-owned bank's accountancy service. Based on these analysis and foreign bank's mature accountancy service model, the author researches the problems of our banking system, hoping to give advice to our bank's process re-engineering.The first chapter of this paper compares the current foreign bank's accountancy service process with that of CB State-owned commercial banks, based on which the author points out where and why the differences exist and why re-engineering is necessary.The second chapter is a summary of basic concept for accountancy service and process re-engineering of bank. The author analyzes the necessity, target, principal, prerequisite, and reasoning of process re-engineering for accountancy service of CB State-owned commercial bank.The third chapter focuses on empirical analysis for re-engineering of CB State-owned commercial bank's accountancy service process. In this chapter, the author deeply analyzes the framework, responsibility of department, collection of background service, foreground foreground networks, restructuring, and the risk prevention measures for re-engineering. After the re-engineering of accountancy service, accountancy organization and operation model would change so much that the public settlement business network would be channels of transaction, sales, service for customer. The function of public settlement business network will change from accounting computations to service marketing, creating effective benefit creating. During this process, public settlement business network will be changed to marketing channels and their value creation ability will be improved.
