Operational processes for the international express logistics industry is essential,a good operational process will greatly improve the speed of delivery and cargo turnover,staff operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.But due to the operation network for international logistics company throughout the world,that only have a global unified operating procedures,can not setup a suitable process according to a country or a city's local situation,which resulted in globalization of the standard process can not apply to the actual situation in some areas and customer needs,so in order to better adapt to local environment,customer service and efficiency improvment,process optimization and re-engineering has become more and more attention to a number of enterprises work.After 3 months research in U company Suzhou operation center,and found who have below main problems:Import operation level.Long import operation time,low efficiency;import goods tax operation process complex and inefficient,leading to high tax receivable accounts receivable;import formal declaration has been paid tax certificate delivery control missing.Export operations and export delcare document return level.There is not a good quality checking proess between the export and error control mechanism;export delcare document return take up a lot of manpower and material resources,and inefficient.Together with the center's management based on its own situation and the environment in which further analysis of research and found in these processes which there is a step waiting for the previous of step,all kinds of documents unnecessary transfer,double work and other inefficient consumption,As well as complex spreadsheets,individual parts of the process is too long and inefficient part of the non-value-added step,in addition to U's data resources fragmentation is serious,resulting in information sharing and collaboration between the various departments of the difficulties.After a clear optimization of objectives,programs and evaluation indicators,establishment of optimization team,through the analysis and diagnosis of the original process,setup optimization method and the necessary equipment,then optimize those processes,and setup a unified platform to collect the fragment information and generate the report automaticlly substitute for manual work in the old process,which can remove and reduce the invaild consume in the old process and then simplify process,optimize the customer experience and service,speed up the operation abnormal issue handling,cargo transportation,make the cargo information integrity.For the new process after optimization,the papre compare the new and old process through productivity analysis mathematical model and customer feedback records,then the result be shown the improvement after the optimized process in Suzhou operation center.In the import operation level,shorten the time required to work,improve staff efficiency,and reduce the occurrence of manual errors.Through the system automatically report,reducing the bad debt rate of COD,and improve customer satisfaction.In the export delcare document return level,the optimized process with the system automation,reducing the process steps,shorten the return time,improve efficiency and reduce the error rate.In addition,because all aspects can be tracked and checked,thereby reducing the customer's query complaint rate,improve customer satisfaction.In the export operation level,a operation quality checking system be setup based on original process,so compare with the original process,all the prorcess can be controlable during export operations and can be find problems and solve in time.
