At home, the labor relations of corporation came in for prodigious impact, as result of labor and social security faultiness yet and the integrative globe economy brought international competitive press. How to enhance a sort of healthy and rational labor relations will be an eternal task to corporation.Author of this paper from human resource manager' s point and view, describe and analyze the change of labor relations of State Corporation detailedly in course of cut labour cost for reduce the press of international market. Applied demonstrational way to analyze the labor relations of SPA how to from balances to turbulence and come back quiet go with Chinese economy system from planned economy run to socialistic market economy. It could offer some use for reference for Chinese corporation.There are five parts in this article. The first is basal theory of labor relations management. The second is the analyses of general situation and background of Sichuan petroleum Administration. The third is the analyses of each developmental phase of labor relations of SPA. The fourth is take apart the tache of human resource management for adjust labor relations of SPA. The fifth is advice to improve the labor relations of SPA.
