Labor relations is one of the basic social relations. In recent years,the emerged major group labor disputes have become an important factor affecting the development of enterprises and social stability. The construction industry has been considered an accident and labor dispute prone industry. Choosing building construction enterprises as the research object is of practical significance. By researching a enterprise which have certain strength and market competitiveness in this sector, the paper summarizes the experience and practice of labor relations management in the enterprise, reveals the existing problems and deficiencies. Through the institution construction, ensure long-term and stable labor relations, and provide the reference for other enterprises of the same type.This study focuses on the labor relation management system in construction sector, understands the company’s development strategy and the management of labor relations status comprehensively. The paper depicts the labor relation status of the enterprise by analytic hierarchy process, comparative analysis. It analyzes several facts, such as labor contract and performance, democratic management, employee stress, labor disputes, major emergencies. It reveals that Z engineering company’s human resources management system is sound, the status of labor relations is relatively stable. However, there are still some problems, such as the laggard form of employment, complex system and management methods, the lack of recognition of the problem by employers as well as employees. The central finding of this study is that the key of the management of harmonious labor relations in construction enterprises is to enhance the understanding of both sides of labor relations. The enterprise should establish and perfect human resource management system. The trade unions should take more active, innovative work methods, build a bridge between the enterprise and the staff. The workers should enhance awareness of legitimate rights, express their demands through reasonable means and channels.
