"Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts" was formally implemented in 2008, the implementation of employment discrimination on the employer's behavior to a clear negative.2013, the executive meeting of the State Council pointed out: the overall deployment and reform of our country an important initiative for the registration system to the original recognition system. However, due to the reduction of the threshold of the enterprise, the protection of the relevant laws of the workers are more and more perfect, the small and medium enterprises in China is facing a huge opportunity, but also facing a huge challenge.This thesis conducts the research from the following aspects: In the first part, the background, structure, method of the research is presented. The second part discusses the meaning, history and classification of labor relationship. In the third part of Germany, the United States, Britain, Japan and four with a representative of the national small and medium-sized enterprise labor relations and corresponding settlement mechanism of summary statements, the national government and industry associations for labor relations adjustment of the various systems and measures for reference to study. The fourth part analyzes the current situation and the causes of the labor relations between the small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The fifth part discusses the methods of improving the labor relations of small and medium enterprises. In the sixth part, the author use actual work experiences, combined with the status of YN Technology Development Co., Ltd. is the analysis of the reasons of the labor relation problems, improvement plan and improve resultsIn this thesis, combined with the actual work experience, YN science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. as an example, through the analysis on the problems of labor relations of the existence of the company, combined with related historical data analysis, sort out a set of feasible improvement scheme and the scheme is implemented, and achieved good results. Therefore, this thesis has strong research and use value.
