At present,China's economy is in its “Three Superimposed State”: the shift of economic growth,structural adjustment pains period and the early economic stimulus digestion period.Chinese people are affected by the economic downturn,the company's contradiction also entered in a multiple period,the social problems caused by the conflicts between employee and employer are affecting the economic and social life more and more,at the same time,with the continuous adjustment of the market economy system of our country and enterprises integrate into the economic globalization actively,the sharp decline of the foreign enterprises makes the structure of our country make great changes,the labor relationship is more complicated.The labor dispute is on rise,labor relations not harmonious has become an important factor to hinder the development of enterprises.This gives higher requirements of the challenges to the management of labor relations for enterprises.The author chooses the enterprise as the research object,and analyzed the actual labor relations management of the enterprises.This thesis is based on the globalization of the economy and the economic system background of our country,researched about the basic theory of labor relations,carries on the discussion of connotation and factors of labor relations,OTTO company's labor relations status and labor relations of the existence of the problem analysis,and on the labor relations of cause and effect analysis,constructs the optimization model of labor relations proposed OTTO corporate labor relations management problem solving measures.The main content of this paper includes four parts.Firstly,the introduction part explains the research background and significance,introducing the relevant domestic and international literature review,research content and method;secondly,it summarizes the basic theory of labor relation management,including the connotation of labor relations,the nature of labor relation,the connotation of harmonious labor relations the theory of the influencing factors of labor relations;thirdly,it introduced the overview of the company and analyzes the current situation of OTTO company and the labor relations problems;fourthly,to optimize the enterprise labor relations construction model;finally,according to the analysis of the status quo and problems of OTTO company's labor relations,proposed the countermeasure and the safeguard measures of OTTO the company to build a harmonious labor relations.Among them,the government departments should implement the supervision laws and regulations,and gradually improve the external pressure,reduce business enterprises mainly from the aspect of regulation;Establish legal and effective rules and regulations,reasonable management of labor contracts,give full play to the role of trade unions,protect the rights and interests of employees,the establishment of the mechanism of resolving labor conflicts and other aspects of the analysis.Through analysis,we think that the OTTO company should be based on the basis of current national labor laws and regulations,the legal and effective management,creating a corporate culture from the emotional point of view,and resolving conflicts from the interests of employees,promoting the common development of employees and the enterprises,to make an achievement of win-win situation.At the same time,the OTTO company should appeal to the relevant government departments to improve labor laws and regulations,to reduce the external pressures of enterprises and make more balanced and harmonious direction of the labor relations.
