China's accession to the WTO,along with the international rules and international practice deepens,enterprise gradually from the security administration to labor relations and international market.Foreign labor relations intervention,the requirement of China labor relationship management depends on international recognized worker standard and practice as the criterion;Marketization of Labor Relations is required both labor relations as an independent economic entities,which achieve their own economic interests by the coordination.As a local government support of private enterprises,the development of A company is obvious to people in recent years.Because of the increasingly complex and labor relations,labor disputes upward trend.The new" labor contract law" carry out,means that the adjustment of labor relations law and regulations changed,also aggravate of both the complexity and stability of labor relations.The present condition,research and discusses the improvement of the enterprise labor relations,to promote enterprise development and stability of society,has the extremely vital significance.As the market economic system reform,the social development and the reform of enterprises product,A company management process fully reflects the owners of the management mode.The company's human resources management through the labor contract management of the labor relation mechanism is not perfect.Based on the analysis of relevant theories,using interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,combined with the company development condition,analyzes A company employee relationship management present situation and factors influencing labor relations,found A company has no relevant laws,no regulations and standardized management,in labor contract,social insurance,employees training,dispute,there are a lot of problems,be badly in need of manpower resource management department to undertake corresponding system innovates.In this article,based on the A company labor relationship management practice analysis and the empirical results,the author for the employee relationship management of the current situation and problems,puts forward the improved strategies and advice,pointed out that A company should using and carry out the labor relations law regulations to specification labor relations,in legal category and according to the laws of the market to regulate their own behavior,enhance the stability of labor relations,to achieve the company of long-term development.
