The quality of labor relations management is an important factor which could influence the social harmony. Prevalently, there are several labor-relation problems in enterprise management, such as establishing the non-standard labor contracts, setting up the penalty at random and acting the non-standard employment, like abusing the probation period. All of these above, to a certain extent, restrict the development of enterprises. The actualization of"Labor Contract Law"adjusts the laws and regulations of labor relations; it intensifies the instability and complexity of the labor and capital. Strengthen the labor-relation management, conduct both acts of the employees and employers and establish a cooperative labor relations will help enhance the competitive power and stable development of enterprises. Under the current circumstances, study and exploration about how to improve the labor relations will have theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the concept and nature of labor-relation in enterprise firstly, and secondly, it compares several labor management modes, meanwhile, it analyzes the actual status of privately-run business current labor-relation and the existing questions, it proposes to establish a cooperative labor-relation management mode for modern enterprise.Take the privately-run business, XHS as a research target, exert the related theory of labor-relation management in "Labor Contract Law", related to the theory, this paper discusses the existing status and the management of labor relations in enterprises, it discusses the company's actual labor-relation and existing questions, it applies the individual-case and questionnaire method and find out that deficiency of relevant status of the company's labor relations and problems. It makes proposals and suggestions about promoting the labor relation. Primarily, it comprises the management before on board, staff recruitment and makes an audit after on board. In office management, regulate the establishment of labor contract, raise other related system. Dismissal management, act the contract release and termination. Act the behaviors of enterprise following the market regulation in law category, strengthen the stability of labor relation and create a fair and legal labor environment. Through the labor-relation research of XHS, I believe it will give some consult and reference meaning for the labor-relation of small and medium privately-run businesses.
