Study On The Strategy Of Internationalization Of China Power Investment Corporation

With the economic globalization, China Power Investment Corporation (CPI) isnow confronting new development challenges. This paper firstly studies the international,national and internal environment faced by China Power Investment Corporation (CPI),on basis of which the core competitiveness of CPI is analyzed by using the analysismethod of SWOT. Secondly, the paper analyzes the present situation and problems inCPI's internationalization. Thirdly the author drafts an outline regarding theinternationalization development strategy, i.e., Then a fundamental way the author isproposed in accordance with CPI's international development strategy ,that is thestrategy must be designed gradually and different measures are to be taken in differentstage. Lastly the author suggests that some major measures should be taken to guaranteethe successful implementation of the international development strategy.
