The Research Of Development Of New-Type Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization

At present, the main problems of developing rural economics in China are the contradictions between family management scattered in small scale and competing fiercely in big market, between obtaining comparatively less benefits from developing agriculture and increasing peasants' income and making progress in rural economics. Chinese peasants' degree of movement to organize cooperatives and of organization should be heightened to improve their disadvantageous status in the market competition, enhance the competition ability of agricultural products and help them be organized and high-efficient market competition main body. Thus, social dialogue mechanism, social partnership and new-type agricultural economic cooperative organization (AECO) need to set up and consummated imperatively.In the perception part, I carried on the initialization analysis of AECO, positively seeking the leading strength of its development on the base of promulgating the inexorable law of its generation and development. Then, with the Cooperative Society's general and inevitable rule, I weighed the traditional Socialistic Cooperative Society Theory and the practice of the Agricultural Cooperation Movement in China. By doing this, I want to find out the leading factors of Agricultural Cooperation Movement and the basic flaws of the theory and practice of traditional Socialistic Cooperative Society Theory, to clarify the misunderstanding , to point out the importance to strengthen theory construction in the work of agriculture, avoiding to make the same mistakes over again.In the foreseeing part, I analyzed the realistic foundation and the present development condition of New-Type AECO, the possible contradictions it may cause, the relationship between family management and AECO as the keystone, In the foreseeing part, I analyzed the realistic foundation and the present development condition of AECO, the possible contradictions it may cause, the relationship between family management and AECO as the keystone. Nowadays, the biggest disadvantage of our countryside family management is that it is very difficult to dock with the market. Therefore, vigorously expanding new-type AECO becomes the best way to transformtraditional family management pattern and guide the peasants to walk the marketability part.In the comparison part, I placed the Cooperative Society Theory research in the circumstance of the contemporary international Cooperative Society Movement and its alteration, so as to provide more contrastive source for the decision-making part. In the commercialized competition environment, the overseas cooperative economy appeared some new changes and new developing trend. Through comparison and effect analysis of different theory patterns of Cooperative Society, we may find out the disparity between the development of our AECO and of international AECO.In the decision-making part, we should propose essential and feasible countermeasures to make the present situation better, basing on the established problem scene in the front three parts. Firstly, we should give our AECO's connotation and essence a scientific definition in the new period. Secondly, we should intensify the theory instruction status of our party and the support regulation function of our government. Thirdly, we should produce concrete countermeasures to veritably uplift AECO's legal status, enhance the peasants' cooperative sense and quality. Last but not least, I'd like to point out the theory value and the practical significance of New-Type AECO from the angle of realizing socialization and modernization of agricultural family management and of solution of the Three Agriculture Problems.
