Development Study On Agricultural Cooperative Economic Organizations Under The New Situation

Agricultural cooperative economic organizations refer to various communes and joint organizations which are organized by farmers in the rural areas.They provide services directly to agriculture in the process of agricultural cooperative economic activities.These organizations can overcome the deficiency of small-scale peasant economy,improve governance of rural community and strengthen the ability of government regulation.Because of their selves' factors and the influence of external factors such as administrative,system and market,there are still some problems,for example,registration management is not standardized,institutional mechanism is not sound,cooperation level is not high enough,which affect the role of play.This article aims to explore the development of agricultural cooperative economic organizations under the new situation,through literature research,interviews,field trips,case studies and empirical research methods.This article discriminates the related concepts,analyzes the principle and development of agricultural cooperative economic organizations,reviews the development history of China's agricultural cooperative economic organization,sums up the causes of the problems and issues,and summarizes the successful experience at home and abroad.To this article,with the deepening of reform and improvement of production level,agricultural cooperative economic organizations present the trend of member heterogeneity,financial cooperation and total factor cooperation under the new situation.Our country should reinforce cooperation training and education,improve the external environment,enhance the internal governance and develop diversified basic level agricultural cooperative economic organizations according to the local conditions.We ought to and to strengthen their union and construct modern integrated agricultural system based on the framework of agricultural cooperative economic organization.
