Study On The Pattern Choic Of Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization(AECO) In China

After entry WTO, Chinese agriculture will be integrating with the world progressively, and how the scattered managing farmers being organized to take part in the intense international market competition, has already become an urgent important problem which needs to be solved due to the current situation. Being the important characteristic of modern agriculture,the Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization(AECO) is paid more attention by the international sociaty generally. The agricultural industrulization has been prompting to certain extent since the reform and open police, but on the whole, the development of AECO is still in relative low level at present. In term of the experience of the developed country and the agricultural development trend, establishing and promoting the AECO, should become the leading form among the agricultural organizations in China. With this background, it is urgent to develope various new type AECO, and reform the traditional AECO resource, in order to meet the need of agriculture market development. Based on these situations, this paper studies the pattern on the choice of AECO development, and the contents of this thesis are as following:Charpter 1.IntroductionFirst, this chapter introduces the significance and purpose of the study, and then the related domestic and international research theories are summarized, finally, the main contents, analysis methods and creative ideas have been discussed.Charpter 2.The basic theories of Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization This chapter gives the definations of the relevant concepts and the main theories of industrial organization, transanction cost, agriculural share-cooperation, and farmer colletive action are discussed.Charpter 3. The analysis on the current situations and problems of Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organizations in ChinaFirst, the charpter analyses the current situations, transaction benefit cost and problems of AECO, and discusses the main blocking factors on AECO development.Charpter 4. The Development and Example of AECOThe charpter introduces and analyses the developmental conditions and successful experiences of AECO in America, German, Swede, Japan and Taiwan, and draws the lessons from the procedure of these experiences for the AECO development in China.Charpter 5. The Choice of the Development of Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization Type in ChinaFirst, the charpter analyses the adaptablity of the current AECO in China, and then, the principle of the type choice and the leading type of the AECO in China are put forward , at last, it points the proper relation in the leading type development practice.Chapte 6. The countermeasures on the type choice of AECO development in China.The countermeasures and proposals on the pattern choice of AECO development are put forward based on the following aspects: the principle of AECO development, governance strengthing, deepening reform and AECO promotion, these countermeasures and proposals could be refered by various governments and cooperative organizations.
