The Strategic Research For Development Of China Metallurgical Construction (Group) Corporation

Construction industry is one of the most important industies in China.it has being played an imporant role in the development of national economy and in the change of cities and rurals ,which promoted the increase of peoples'life level.Healthy macroencomic situation and the entry of WTO bring good opportunities to construction industry of China,which helps China construction coporations join in the world construction industry more easily.at the meantime,many super international contractors come to China .it is no doubt that they will threaten our domestic construction corporations. China Metallurgical Construction (Group) Corporation (abbreviated as MCC) is one of the famous enterprise conglomerates in China.how to make use of the opportunities , overcome internal weakness and choose right strategy is an urgent problem for MCC. The dissertation is just to help MCC slove the urgent problem using strategic method. Firstly, the background,purpose and meaning about the research is introduced,and the related strategic theory and the study in domestic and outside is described. Secondly,I analyze the external environment and competitive condition,find out the opportunities & threats that MCC faces,and analyze it with the theory of External Factor Evaluation.next,I analyze the internal abilities to find out that MCC's strengths & weaknesses, analyze it with Internal Factor Evaluation theory. Thirdly,using SWOT method,I analyze the opportunities & threats and strengths & weaknesses of MCC,and chose the strategy for MCC's development. At last,in order to ensure the implement of the strategy,I comes up with the specific measures ,which promotes the feasibility of the stategy. The research about MCC gives the reference advice to other construction corportations in China.
