Performance Management System Design Of CDGT Company Zhouzha Plant

Performance management system is the core of setting up human resource management system of modern enterprises. As a management thought and way of prompting employee performance, tapping the individual & team potential, performance management is getting more and more importance attached by firms. How to design and set up a performance management system, which is scientific and efficiency, and adapts to the requirement of development tactic of the enterprises, is a pressing and important task for CDGT company Zhouzha plant.Being an intern, I participated in the performance design of CDGT Company Zhouzha Plant. In line with the related theories of performance management, I emphasized the compliance of the performance management with the development strategy of the firm; in the procedure of performance management, I accentuated the status and power of the performance communication; in addition, this paper introduces, in details, the design of individual performance management system, also, describes the design thought and way of unit and manager performance management, in an effort to set up the principles, practical and operational ways of key performance indicator establishment.
