With the arrival of the economic globalization and the information age,Companies around the world are facing increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and international markets.How to attract,retain,talent and arouse potential power play an essential role in the success of modern company.Scientific&rational system of performance management and incentive system,which have been the key factor for modern human resource management.are especially important for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness,This paper analyzed the problems in the process of human resources management in Huaghai Building materials company and designed practical system of performance management to improving company's management level.In chapter one,the paper listed the background,meaning and its purpose,introduced the developing tendency of performance management in domestic and international world,offered the contents and basic idea of this paper.In chapter two,according to introduce the related literature,analyzed the content,concept,principles,functions and methods of performance management system.Furthermore,it proved that performance management is a necessary part of human resources management in enterprises' life.In chapter three,it evaluated Huahai Building materials company's performance management system based on its purposes,subject,content and assessment methods,then pointed out native factors of the management.In chapter four,based on the performance management theory and practical situation,the paper gave some related suggestion on improving manage efficiency.For instance,making assessment methods,procedures and related system,organizing assessment test run,assessing the effect,according to performance appraisal,the subject and the level of the main structure,making key performance indicator system design and other aspects.In chapter five,it gained some experience and understanding from Huahai Building materials company's performance management system,in which a higher research level for performance management system design has been finished.This paper combined theory with practice,using both qualitative&quantitative analysis and empirical research&normative analysis,gave a comprehensive analysis of existing performance management in Huahai Building materials cmpany.At the end of this paper,it designed a practical and feasible performance management system to based on the company's own situation,which can make great process for the human resources management.
