Performance appraisal is a very important part in human resource management, also isthe enterprise staff master the working state, the working efficiency, to an importantmanagement tool to motivate staff. Enterprise performance appraisal scheme for excellenthelp enterprises and employees to achieve a win-win. Enterprises to influence the methodand technical appraisal of employee performance is very important to the whole process ofperformance appraisal fairness and correctness have, so according to its own characteristics,how to select and use appropriate performance appraisal method becomes very critical.This paper aims to design a performance appraisal system in Taicang city H doublingprocessing plant as the basis, proposed the establishment of a performance evaluationscheme is proposed for the factory, in order to achieve the enterprise management of thefactory are the purpose of performance appraisal.In this paper, the performance appraisal theory as a guide, using the method of casestudy, investigated the current situation of human resources management of Taicang Hdoubling processing factory, through the investigation found that the plant staffperformance appraisal is not enough, the lack of understanding of the performanceappraisal program and a complete performance evaluation system problems, combinedwith the actual situation of the plant, using the balanced scorecard, key performanceindicators, design including the development of organizational performance goals, putforward appraisal target, the implementation of performance, performance feedback, a setof suitable for Taicang city H doubling processing plant performance assessment scheme.According to the Taicang H doubling processing factory use results to put forward tostrengthen training, improve employee performance appraisal performance appraisal andpay attention to the entire process of assessment and so on, for the textile industry in Taicang City, the same type enterprise to provide the reference, to a certain extent for thetextile industry of Taicang City the same type enterprises break through the bottleneck tohelp themselves.
