The Study Of Enterprise's Counterintelligence

This paper includes four parts:In the first part, based on the actual intelligence activity, the counterintelligence makes unlawful intelligence activity as its defensive object. In this part, the paper also analyzes the character and validity of counterintelligence, the relationship with competitive intelligence. The second part is the emphases of this paper. In this part, the paper analyzes counterintelligence from traditional information protection and competitor' s competitive intelligence. The paper puts forward the conformity study assume of competitive intelligence and counterintelligence. In the third part, the paper analyzes American, Japanese and Chinese competitive intelligence activity, and wants to find some useful edification to counterintelligence. In the fourth part, the paper brings forward some suggestions to solve problems in Chinese counterintelligence activity.The paper has some theoretic and realistic value. The intention of this paper is to help people understand counterintelligence more distinctly and deepen its study.
