Competitive Intelligence is information analysis and research on competitive environment, competitive rivals, and competitive strategies, its product is the information aggregate that has strong pertinence and high value, and the product has the information as the basis and the wisdom as the core. The concept of Competitive Intelligence became popular immediately as soon as it was proposed at the beginning of 1980s. 10% of the Fortune 500 built their Competitive Intelligence System in the 1980s, and 90% of the Fortune 500 has built their Competitive Intelligence System until now.The author proposes the concept of "Competitive Intelligence management system", which is base on the research on the construction of the Competitive Intelligence management system in the domestic enterprises. The author illustrates the process and method of construct the three sub-systems, and explains the issues of the management of Competitive Intelligence. Finally, the author makes positive analysis on the construction of Competitive Intelligence based on the author's experience in H Company, and emphasizes the innovation in the real practice. Given the paper mainly focuses on the construction of Competitive Intelligence; the author pays less attention to the analysis of Competitive Intelligence and details of system management. The author merges the promotion of competitive intelligence with the function of enterprise culture in the practice, according to lacking of the competitive consciousness and dropping of intelligence conception in the domestic enterprises. The intelligence progress and the application effect are greatly enhanced by making the consciousness of competition.
