TF card is a new ultra-small high-capacity removable storage card, which size in the market is equal to one quarter of the current most popular SD memory card. We can arbitrarily store the photographs, the MP3 or video files downloaded on the TF card; TF card can also be connected to the computer by using SD card adapter. We can copy the files from the computer in the card, and the transfer is very convenient at any time as it can be extended collection of memory capacity. TF card in the market will be foreseeable and very good. TF card has been widely used in mobile phones, multi-media storage and other areas, its research is of great practical significance.In this topic TF card is using FAT32 file system, which format partition is using a smaller cluster, which makes FAT32 file system be more effectively preserve information. Compared to FAT16 partition format, it should be not only much higher storage efficiency by reducing the per cluster reduces the capacity of large-capacity disk storage space to waste things, but also automatically resolve the FAT16 file system on the root directory of 512 entries documented restrictions.The issue is mainly to achieve STM3210B development board serial peripheral interface between SPI1 and the TF card for high-speed synchronous data transfer through the completion of the hardware circuit design and establishment of an embedded file system, and based on this file system we achieve the file-opening, file-reading and file-writing, and file-deleting operations.Totally speaking, the thesis includes the following parts:1) TF card reader hardware environment and TF card mode, introducing STM32 processor and its interface to the environment, SPI, USART serial port and hardware circuit; and introduced the TF card, two working modes.2) TF card access interface function design, introduced the FAT32 file system and its characteristics and TF card to initialize, read and write single block of data and file storage.3) TF card reader system design, build and complete the FAT32 file system, the file open, read and write and delete operations, and the serial port on the display.
