With the continuous development of technology,smart card has become an indispensable part of life,and the chip operating system(COS)is an important part to realize the function of smart card.To solve the practical problems in the process of downloading COS of smart card,a multi serial port cos downloading system based on STM32 is proposed,which has practical value to R&D and the production company.According to the demand of COS download of smart card,the syste m is designed.One master control chip is used to connect 16 slave control chips through SPI,one slave control chip is used to connect three smart cards through 7816 interface,so as to realize the unified management of 48 smart cards by one master contro l chip.The serial number and relevant information of smart card are stored in My SQL database,operate the database and communicate with the master control chip through the MFC program to realize the communication between the master control chip and the database and complete the information management of the smart card serial number.The function of add,update and query the database is realized by MFC program,as well as the function of sending instructions to the master control chip,configuring COS file and counting the number of successful downloads is realized.Through SPI and UART peripheral drivers of the master control,the communication between the master control and the client and the slave control can be realized.The slave control receives the instruction from the master control through the SPI interrupt service function and feeds back.The slave control through the driver of 7816 communication protocol downloads COS to the smart card,including cold reset,PPS,download authority authentication,download COS,download serial number,and verification after downloading.By downloading COS to 48 smart cards at the same time through one master controller,the production efficiency is improved,and the intelligent distribution of smart card serial number and information management are realized.
