Microcolumn gel blood test card with its easy to use, fast and accurate test results characteristics, has been widely used in the United States and Europe. With the developping of medical technology, micro-gel test blood testing technology in China has been considerable development and wideiy used in hospitals. Domestic production of pharmaceutical blood test card is mostly artificial filling, low productivity, high rejection rate; while few companies to production equipment and large area devices, noise, not suitable for the production of domestic pharmaceutical companies. Therefore, design and development of a suitable local production of blood test card production equipment is necessary.This thesis analyzes the background and significance of topics technology, combined with the production status of embedded technology and current companies pharmaceutical, developed a blood test card bottling equipment based STM32. The device uses the STM32 embedded technology, electronics technology, sensor technology, human-computer interaction techniques for automatic filling and sealing membrane blood type card, while using the LCD touch screen to to monitor the production process and adjust operating parameters in real time.STM32 is the master chip to control the Send cards carousel module, the Irrigation fluid module, powder filling and sealing module module. Blood test card liquid filling, using the US company’s XMP6000 TECAN micro pump; controller directly send commands strings to control the micro-pump workvia RS485. Meanwhile, the controller receives commands from LCD and control it via RS-232 communications. After carousel first locating, irrigation fluid and filling meal module but also for secondary positioning to ensure the accuracy of the position. The software development environment for the MDK-Keil4, development and use of library functions to develop a combination of register. Finally, through a program designed to achieve blood test card automated production. Experimental results show that: the device is stable scene, operability, designed to meet the needs in the field of production control blood card has a more open applications.
