Its development mainly includes the setting and maintenance of back end database as well as the programming of the front end application. For the former one, it is required to set a database with strong uniformity, integrity and safety. But the latter then requires the application program functions should be complete and easy-handled.Administrative management is an important component of the education work in college as well as the basis of the management of the whole school. It is in the core position with trifling but massive work. So it requires the technicians to use the advanced management methods to finish every teaching task of school with guaranteed both quality and quantity. Administrative management is also a criteria which is used to measure the standard of a school. With the rapid development of higher education, the much higher request is bring up for college administrative management system and the student training system. The form of school running is getting diversified with every passing day in higher education. The treatment and analysis of teaching information are getting more and more complicated and heavy. At present, the existing administrative management software can not meet the requirement form different aspects of different colleges,With the fast development and popularization of computer technology and internet, it brings to the mankind not only the great change in their work and daily life, but also a powerful information processing platform. Also it provides convenient conditions for the development of administrative management system. In order to find a better solution for the problems in existing one and improve the level of college administrative management continuously, we developed this system.In order to meet the requirements for the centralization of the educational administration users and large amount of data, and ensure the students can use the system to the maximum extent, the system uses a combination of the C / S structure and the B / S structure.Most of subsystems in this system, which are used only by the staff of academic administration, adopts C / S structure because it is simple, convenient and has a high speed. It can not only reduce network burden, improve efficiency, and to some extent, also ensure the security of the system. What's more, besides the academic administration staff, the teachers, students and teaching staff also need access the data in educational management system. It is a better approach to use the B / S Mode for the client users who need to access a lot of data. This mode only need develop Web program. It is saved on Web servers and then installs a simple and universal browser on the standard client. Without accessing data on each client install applications, this needs not software installation and special setup for the large amount of clients. Maintenance work only needs to put a Web server instead of doing on each client machine. By doing this, it simplifies the maintenance work and reduces the costs. Therefore, the educational management system of our college adopts the combined program of C / S and B / S mode. It not only reduces the information cycle and cost of system development, but also breaks the previous geographical limitations of educational systems. Besides, it keeps the security of the data, ensures the operation's speed, simplicity, convenience and has a better interaction of system.This system, on the basis of the workflow of educational management, processes and integrates all the data; thereby the data sharing is truly realized. It decomposes a lot of tedious work into modules so as to minimize the burden of educational administration staff and makes the educational administration develop towards to a paperless office, and the standardization and modernization management. With the continuous reform of education system, especially the development and in-depth of the credit system, the daily work of education management are increasingly heavier and more complex. In security and standardization of the existing information systems, there are some shortcomings: The information is separate and poorly shared; it mainly meets the needs of managers with subjective choices and can't satisfy the real needs of users. Therefore, it is urgent to develop integrated management software which can make the educational management more informational, modular, and convenient.The realization of this system is a complete programming process of software system, involving C #, Web application design and software engineering theory and method. It basically covers all the aspects of the educational administration system and has a strong versatility and practicality.
