The application of computer has already existed at every aspect in our daily life and it isincreasingly becoming a significant part in improving enterprises’ work efficiency. Nowadays,more of the internal office network systems are widely used in various companies, such ascompanies ran by our state and part of joint ventures.The internal office network system greatlyimproves work efficiency in each link of our company, in addition, it helps to avoid the waste ofunnecessary human and material resources, for which makes giant contributions to enterprises’innovation,development and economic benefits.Computer technology has not only developed rapidly in production departments, but alsoplays an important role in each link of businesses’ management. The administration of enterprisesis trivial and complicated which mainly contains managements of administrative affairs, officeaffairs, also the human resource management, etc. In specific terms, the formulation andimplementation of the relevant institutions, the management of daily office affairs, office suppliesmanagement, the supervision of documents, archives management, the conference arrangements,administration of foreign affairs, provisions of our employees’ welfare, vehicles use, and thehealth care, all of aspects referred above belongs to the administration of enterprise. At present,administrative affairs in Shenyang United network Telecommunication Corporation are mainlyabout information management, which include various information resources about the real estate,the use of land, the use of gas, supply and drainage of water, heating supply. Besides, thebuilding maintenance, canteen management and the information about various energies also comeunder the jurisdiction of information management. The traditional storage way is paper datastorage that needs professional file cabinet and archives. When you search or do something tomaintain the files, you have to connect with an archivist, what’s more, the transmission oftraditional storage relies on facsimiles or even needs artificial transmission. Except, the files needspecial arrangement. Archives management takes up huge spaces and costs plenty of humanresources, in addition, it cycles with a long time so that the cost could be to much high. Paperdata storage needs specially-assigned staff to do the management; also its statistics may waste too much time and labor power. In order to improve administrative affairs management level inShenyang Unicom and to achieve a better goal about administrative affairs comprehensivemanagement, it is necessary for us to set up a series of administrative affairs integratedmanagement system which is efficient, accurate, convenient, and has reasonable cost to complywith the management mode of operation flow in modern enterprise.According to above cases, we decided to develop administrative affairs integratedmanagement system whose main purpose is to achieve data paperless storage in the process ofadministrative affairs management. By using the computer and network technology, the systemcould do great favor to the automation and standardization of administrative affairs managementin our company, so that greatly enhance our work efficiency. Based on ASP and SQL SERVERrelated technologies, the requirement analysis, we used B/S pattern to design the administrativeaffairs integrated management system for Shenyang Unicom. The system mainly realizes digitalstorage about traditional files in the process of administrative affairs management. As for the filemaintenance, electronic work order form can be used to realize the digital storage. With goodoperations, the administrative affairs integrated management system has already been used incertain department in Shenyang Unicom, and achieves its anticipant target, for which gainsfavorable comment among the leadership and staff’ in the company.
