In the traditional administrative and marketing cost management process for pharmaceutical enterprises,it used to use paper to audit reimbursement and apply activities,leading low working efficiency and costing a lot of manpower and time.Therefore,the development of administrative and marketing cost control managementsystem for a pharmaceutical enterprise is highly needed.It will be able to achieve the information management of administration management and marketing costs.Moreover,it will fulfill the processing flow of management and facilitate the reimbursement staff and applicants to simplify the business of reimbursement and application.At the same time,it will improve the work efficiency of administrative staff and marketing staff.In this paper,it mainly includes the demand analysis for system business,the overall system design and the implementation and testing of the system.Well,in the demand analysis for the system business part,there are the demand analysis of the administrative and daily management business,the demand analysis of marketing activities and non-functional demand analysis.Meanwhile,it has detailed analysis of two main business,including business overall introduction,business flow introduction,and functional demand analysis,etc.In the overall system design part,there are technical architecture design,functional architecture design,system detailed design and database design.Well,the system detailed design part includes the detailed introduction of administrative and daily fees management business and the detailed introduction of marketing fees management module.As for the technical architecture part,it applies MVC design mode and B/S architecture and uses SSM framework.In the implementation and testing part,it has the implementation of administrative and daily fees management module,the implementation of marketing fees management module and system testing.At the end,it summaries the paper and outlook the future,introducing the research process of this paper,some of its flaws and corresponding resolutions.In the system,there are two main functions,i.e.administrative and daily fees management,and marketing fees management.In the administrative and daily fees management function,there are administrative budget,department monthly budget,employee salary budget,non-routine business application,loan application,non-daily expenses payment,daily expenses and travel expenses reimbursement,staff salary table,etc.In the marketing fees management function,it includes marketing activities budget,marketing activities application,marketing activities fees execution and marketing expense payment application.In the administrative management and marketing costs management process of pharmaceutical enterprises,the execution and operation of information management will replace the paper mode of operation.And,it will perfectly integrate the business of pharmaceutical enterprises and the characteristics of the Internet,speeding up the business efficiency,and completing the enterprise management system.Moreover,it can improve the efficiency of enterprise personnel work and greatly facilitate the reimbursement staff and applicants' work.
