The enterprise magazine is an important window for establishing companies's own image. It transfers the corporate culture to employees, and establishes a bridge between enterprises and employees Internally. Externally, it expends its own influence and enhances its reputation by conveying business information to relevant companies. With the rapid development of Internet, traditional newspaper also begins to change to network magazines. Enterprise magazines have become a new research propositions. This paper focuses on the enterprise network communication as the main research, it attempts to explore the rules of enterprise magazines so as to shape the corporate image and enhance the company's core competitiveness.The thesis outlines the research background, meaning, content and methods of study in the introduction part.Through listing the current research at home and abroad, the author highlights the urgency and importance of the study on. The thesis contains four chapters. it focuses on several questions, such as the status, the value, the challenges and confusion, development trend of the enterprise newspapers of network communication.Through researching, this paper reaches such conclusions:As an important tool for organizational communication, the enterprise magazines is not only responsible for the construction of enterprise culture, but also plays an important role to make a good image. Although enterprise magazines have encountered some problems and difficulties, it can solve these problems by creating its content brand, developing a reading habit and doing network checks. The development of enterprise magazines of network communication is an inevitable trend.It can explore its way by changing its own transformation forms and mode of operation etc.All in all, in order to adapt to the development of internet, enterprise magazines will try many other ways, Such as the transformation of itself. With the development of the enterprise network communication, the possibility of entering the industry market and the cultural market need to be thinking and explored.
