Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Communication Management System Based On JavaEE

With the development of science and technology and the progress of instant messaging software,there comes a wave of information management,and information has become the inevitable trend of enterprise development.By means of the fusions of information construction,computer and communication software,enterprise can build an information management platform,to improve the internal management efficiency of enterprises,and to enhance their comprehensive operation ability and competitiveness.Through analyzing the needs of enterprise communication management,this paper designs and implements a management system of enterprise communication.The system has six functional modules,including enterprise information,unified address book,enterprise data,rights management,security center and customer data precipitation.The main tasks are described as followings:design and implement the enterprise information module,whose enterprise certification function is used to identify the authenticity of enteiprise;design and implement the multi-end synchronization of the tree address book,and achieve intelligent import and export functions of the address book according to the authority;design and implement a statistical mechanism of the enterprise data report,and view not only the real-time traffic information by structure but also the enterprise traffic information for a certain period of time;design and implement of a rights management model,not only complete a decentralization management mechanism,but also achieve the effect of one person to many enterprises;design and implement a module of the customer data precipitation,thus ensure a phenomenon that customers' information isn't interrupted;realize optimization of database and achieve verification of system performance.This system can help the enterprise administrator,at any time,not only manage business,but also monitor staffs.Besides,by the rights management it makes the administrator to achieve effectiveness of breaking up the whole into parts.
