The Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Communication ECP System Of Enterprise Communication Software

CLECS focus on the development on full operation prosecution, and their operations center is gradually shifting from the traditional voice services to data and multimedia services, Under the background of full operation competition, the offering of nested business, integration business and multimedia business services becomes more and more urgent which bring a good opportunity for IMS. How to provide the integration of fixing and moiling business and multimedia services flexibly, quickly and easily is the necessary capacity in the competitive environment of full operation prosecution. The urgent issues need to be addressed recently is how to improve the enterprise internal exchange and communication with the customers efficiency and satisfy enterprise users’increasingly strong demands in the communication with the features of convenience, fusion, and controllable through the design and implementation of the enterprise communication portal to provide convenient and fast collaborative communication function and provide instant communication, telephone calls, video conference, coordination office and other business ability with combining of IT. Therefore we develop the Cooperative Communication ECP System for the application in enterprise internal communication.This paper describes design and implementation process of Cooperative Communication ECP System of Enterprise Communication Software. The author’s main work is getting the requirements of this system and focusing on some codes of some modules and at last maintaing the system.The paper discusses the system how to use the concept of software engineering to realize this system step by step, and makes the architecture design by MFC platform and uses Softda control and App module to develop a set of high scalability system development framework. The thesis describes the business class, data model class and control class which is used by the system in the detailed design of some functions after the deterring of the function and the technical architecture, and uses timing diagram to describe the calling relations among the different classes. And it designs the data model According to the business model and further designs the database table structure being used. Finally, in the phase of realization, the paper describes the operation environment of the system, shows system functions and finally describes the implementation of the system.The system implements the functions which look Cooperative Communication ECP System of Enterprise Communication Software as the core, and designs and realizes messaging module, call module, group module and instant message module, and at last realizes the process of cooperative communication ECP of enterprise communication software. The system completes users setting text messages, Send and receive SMS, time send messages, management function through the text messages module; It realizes multi-party call, click to dial, voice dialing and attendant console function through call module; It completes phonebook management, contact management and group management through group module; at last, it achieves the design and implementation of instant messaging function.The Cooperative Communication ECP solutions of ZTE is in close connection with characteristics of the business users and intergradations a variety of means of communication (fixed telephone, mobile phones, desktop computers, fax machines) to achieve the integration of voice, messaging, data, multimedia, and IT and other types of business, and the unified access and unified management of the corporate employees greatly reduces the internal communications and operating costs and enhances the efficiency of business office.
