To improve the reliability of inverter, ensure the stability of switching power and improve the ablity of driving IC. Taking analysis of the power circuit,driver circuit and developing a automatic detective device based on the E380-4T0037 inverter designed by SHEN ZHEN SUNFΛNG ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY LTD.The device is required to accomplish taking a detection to the power drive board, which the minmum drive wave delay time 360 ns ,and the the minmum peak voltage holding time 500ns.The device is composed of the host computer and the guest computer. The interface and communication of the host computer are designed based on VB6.0 and the MSCOMM which base on Windows XP. The host computer can accomplish send command, receive the process results, judge and display the signal results.Adopting MB90462A MCU manufactured by FUJITSU as main control IC which has low cost, low power consumption, easy development, good performance,high-speed capture processing and high-speed A/D conversion The guest computer process the signal sampled and transmit the result to the host computer, and the software is programmed by C. The guest computer hardware circuit is designed according to the point detected.The device has been used to detect the power driving board of E380 series 4T0037 inverter.and succeed in detecting the signal .Comparing the detective result with that obtained by HAMEG Digital Oscilloscope 1508 made in Germany ,and the error is less than or equal 5 percent. So the designing need is meted.
