Coal is an important energy in china, the safety of coal production has been people's attention. With the rapid development of science and technology, coal enterprises growing demand for information technology. However, in the network Coal Mine Monitoring Information System, as the agreement of monitoring sub-system and the differences of the system network structure, there is the problem of heterogeneous data in sharing information, which is known as "information isolated island ", bringing the obstacles for the realization of network. The solution to this problem has been a priority.According to current mine safety monitoring system is widely used network structure, This dissertation has analysed the causes of heterogeneous data; Integration of the monitoring data used in various ways has discussed, including text switching technology, database access technology, DDE technology, OPC technology; It ighlighted the OPC data integration methods, and studied the basic principles, international specification, component and framework of OPC technology; By Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 development tool, it has designed the safety monitoring engine based on OPC method on windows operating system, developed server and client components based on OPC technology, realized the asynchronous data communication between the server and client.In conclusion, this research has developed monitoring data engine of OPC-based method, and confirmed the superiority and feasibility of Safety monitoring in the process of data integration,and has Affirmed the constructive and significant of data integration in the information process of coal mining enterprises.
