The Design And Implementation Of An Car Dealerships Enterprise’s Data Collection And Data Synchronization System

Enterprise group’s informationization management has become a key factor in the rapid development of enterprise group. In the process of development, the informationization often begins with the individual business operation so that the informationization systems purchased or internally developed are eventually isolated. Thus, the information is difficult to be exchanged freely among these information systems. And the merger and acquisition of large-scale enterprise group lead to the exponential increase of complexity of information system data structure. In this situation, how to put the application system of enterprise group separately to realize data synchronization and sharing by using the technology of data integration, and promote the rapid development of the informationization management, is a current important topic.This thesis discusses the problems and optimization in a car dealer group in the enterprise application system, focusing on studying the practical application of the enterprise data acquisition and integration management. And it aims at studying and validating the problems which exist in enterprise application, especially the problems of forming isolated information in each application system. This thesis mainly adopts the theory of software engineering combining with the principle of EAI and ERP methods and practices. Through designing the data acquisition system for a company, the problems of sharing and synchronizing the information exchange among the internal and external heterogeneous systems, applications and data sources have been solved. On this research, designing a data acquisition system, realizing the normalized management of enterprise data will provide a more powerful data information service and technical supports for the enterprise operation and management. And it can put forward some constructive suggestions to practice integrated management modes in other large-scale application of car dealer group enterprises.At present, the data acquisition system has been used in a car dealer enterprise group. The system solves the problem of repeated data input from many aspects, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of data collection and provides strong supports of the data-based decision-making for the enterprise group.
