The fuse structure is entire or not in cartridge module is an important basis of judging thereliability of cartridge module, so the fuse assembly correctness detection is an important partof the cartridge module production process.Using the X-ray when carries on the online quality detection to the cartridge module, dueto man wrongly convicted commentary film, Lou Pan, as well as inefficient, not only affectproduct quality and production efficiency, but also to personal safety and national security, inorder to solve the production line evaluation sheet of the above problems encountered whileworking to design a set of X-ray-based automatic detection system, the system throughcomputer image acquisition, processing and identification techniques, the module on thecartridge X-ray images for automatic recognition, achieved a automatic detection of thecorrectness of fuse assembly to ensure the quality of the product assembly.The main work and results are as follows:1. Through the analysis and comparison of existing X-ray flaw detection inclu-ding Industrial Computer Tomography,Direct Radiography,Computed Radiography andCompton scatter imaging, also according to manufacturer's requirements, Puts forward aX-ray automatic detection system suitable for cartridge module on production line.2. According to the system's design requirements and through the analysis ofthe realization method of serial communication and conditions, gives a hardware connectionscheme of PC and PLC; Using the MSComm controls of VC + + 6.0, combined with ModbusRTU communication protocol realized the PC and PLC of serial communication.3. Detecting method for cartridge has been studied. The images of cartridge module have been pre-processed including filtering, enhancement and image interception,respectively to gain a small regional images of fuse structure. Through the analysis andresearch of features of each part of the fuse structure with local average minimum method andlocal smoothness of minimum method to identify the ring mat and the grain, and got goodtesting results.4. The module assembly quality detection imaging processing software includ-ing control and image processing modules has been developed. The functions such asmechanical linkage,image pre- processing and image recognition can be realized. So anintegrated,visual and alternant operation circumstance has been provided for the cartridgemodule quality detection.
