With the development of electronic industry, EMS has been applied to every field, such as SPS in bank, Tolling System for vehicles, traffic bus, tourism and various ways in daily life. The development of a match of national top projects, of which "three goden Projects" are example, greatly speeded up the construction to information-ize our national economy.Based on the study of frame structure the speed character of serial communication and characters of received byte information. Offer two different test approaches for baud rate of unknown information sent by dispatcher against different condition. This paper comprises six chapters.The paper is composed by two parts.one of them is summarization of design and application of control system of medical appliance,which embodies practicability of the system.the other is detailed description of baud rate detecting arithmetic,which reveals technicality of the paper.Part I First introduce status quo of hospital informatization and benefit brought by informatization. Secondly analyze status in quo of medical appliance's supervisal and nonce supervisal quomodo adopted by hospital. Lastly indicate inevitability of enhancing supervisal.Part II is the systematic function, including the structure, main and sub-function, theoretical basis and approach and introduction of design principle, work flow and function of FCS supervisal machine;at last summarize work pattern and runnable circumstance of the system.Part III is about the function of serial communication, such as function of serial port in the paper and the applied situation and details with emphasis on scanning procedure and principles for the patients reference number. Part IV brief introduction of process of serial communication and arithmetic of auto-detecting baud rate, and first offer two arithmetics of deteing baud rate of discontinuous serial communication with and without parity bit.Next part summarize arithmetic of detecting baud rate of discontinuous serial communication and offer arithmetic of detecting baud rate of continuous serial communication, in succession compare to each other and narrate occasion in point of them.Last part, First explain background of auto-detecting baud rate; the fllow is the arithmetic for finding key words ;at last introduce some control over complicated equipments (such as nuclear magnetism, ct, biology and chemistry equipment) and design scheme of invoice facilities.
