Send image data for printing Control Technology is an automated control technology,which develops on the basis of the CNC technology and computer technology,it combinates the application of embedded system, mechanism, optics, electron, digital image processing and other technologies,takes mechanical speed, position, torque as controlled objects, carries out real-time control and management to these object in accordance with the desired trajectories and the movement parameters,prints the send image data at the same time. The technology can be widely applied to military equipment and industrial automation field. Send image data for printing control technology of high speed and high precision plays a more and more important role in modern industrial automation equipments. Thusly, higher requirements of the speed and precision of the send image data for printing control technology are put forward.The core of send image data for printing system is the embedded control platform, The thesis follows on the heels of the development trend of embedded system design technology, further researches send image data for printing control technology and analyzes existing control methods in detail,designs and implements a hardware and software platform of embedded controller based on a new technology of embedded system design-FPGA technology.By introducing the Anti-Jamming technology into the design of hardware,the reliability of the system has been improve. In terms of software, improvement of the method of motion control and frequency of the send image data for printing has been made to the improve accuracy and real-time character of the send image data for printing control to a large degree.At first, the current situation and development direction of the embedded system were reviewed in this thesis, advantages of embedded system that is used for industrial control were analyzed .For example, improvement of the real-time, modularization design of hardware and software and so on.Secondly, system construction and basic principle of the project were introduced and analyzed ,comparisons and analyses were made to the traditional control schemes, their shortcomings were pointed out.Then a general design based on the FPGA is come up with.Thirdly, the hardware circuit of this system was introduced in detail,including chip selection and circuit design of FPGA.Fourthly,a detailed introductiong of the design of core modules of system. Including stepper motor controlling ,optical encoder signal processing and the send image data for printing was presented .At last, the work done in this project is summarized and areas need to be improved were explored.
