The Research About Library Management Innovation Of Research University

Research universities are one of the most important factors that influence a nation's core competitive power. As the heart of the university, the library shoulders great responsibilities of providing the service of teaching task and the scientific research for the university. Therefore, it is essential for research university to reinforce the condiction of its library.With the advent of knowledge economy time, the research university enters a new era with rapid development.It is an imperative issue in library circles that how the library in research university cope with new opportunities and challenges and adapt itself to meet the needs of research university and its own sustainable development.This article discusses the management innovation of the university library by utilizing the theory of book information, management and management innovation theory and combining with the real condition of our research university library at present.Firstly, the author makes a brief introduction of the research university library. And then analyzes the present management situation, problems existing in management and the necessity of management innovation of our research university library.On those base, this article demonstrates that the library should implement the innovation from aspects of the idea,system,mechanism,methodin management. Finally, it puts forward several proosals on how to realize the innovation.I hope the research in this article could facilitate the constitution and management of reserch university library and enabl to provide the service of information security in high quality for the teaching tasks and scientific researchof universities.
