| With the deepening of the second stage Golden Earth Project and continuous perfection of the Land Resources Management Electronic Government System,it produced a large number business data of state-owned land supply. Most of the data is simply stored in the database, and the potential information which are hidden in these data is idle and not being fully utilized.If the data can be reasonably utilized and those important usefulness information which are often overlooked by people may be dig out,or else some law which is formed with the dynamic changes of various factors would be discovered,no doubt it will afford the great help for the land supply policy decision of Land and Resources Department.So the idea that it applies the data warehouse technology into the supply data analysis of state-owned land and builds the state land supply decision support system is put forward in this paper.Data warehouse as architecture foundation,it can integrate the chaotic data which exist in the database of government departments and provide the high-quality, reliable data source for decision-making.In this paper, aim at the actual situation of one Land and Resources Bureau and base on the existing Land Resources Management Electronic Government System,a set of solutions are put forward for the supply decision support system of state-owned land base on data warehouse technology. Through the establishment of data warehouse to resolve the problem that decision-making data is inconsistencies and not high quality; Using online analytical processing(OLAP)technology to analyze and compare the state-owned land supply data with multi-angle, multi-level,and discover these data hidden in the law;Applying data mining technology to analyze the influences such as the structure composition of state-owned land supply, the supply differences of land price and so on,and predict the future land price trends finally.Firstly, based on detailed analysis of demand, it applies Microsoft SQL 2005 as a tool to create data warehouses,and using the logic ETL structure of SSIS processing to construct automated calibration procedures,to achieve the extraction, transformation and loading of the original information system data (including E-government system data and EXCEL reporting data).Secondly, after establishing the corresponding fact tables and dimension tables in data warehouse, it use SSAS to set up the multi-dimensions data;Through creating the foundational calculated members and naming sets to achieve multi-angle view;Using the Microsoft Clustering algorithm to analyze the relationship between the land price condition in each region and the affect factors of land price,and applying the time series prediction algorithm to predict the future trend of land prices.Thirdly, the final report will be customized and deployed using SSRS,and the ranks of data can be rolled up,the MDX programming queries can be inquired.Currently, the entire system has been working in Land Resources Bureau of Changsha.It was proved that this system operates stability and has fully function and reliable performance.It achieves the original purpose of pre-designed and is accepted by the users. |
