With the rapid development of the national economy, China's beer industry is developing at an unprecedented rate. China's beer production increased by 40 times than 10 years before, is the highest ranks of the world's beer production country. But there remains a considerable gap between China and the advanced technology. Most of the beer production automatic systems is low degree, and instable welding quality. As market competition intensifies, beer production efficiency and quality control requirements will be increasingly high. Therefore, the use of advanced automatic control technology, is an important tool to improve the efficiency and quality of beer production. In this paper, the context of the beer fermentation production process, the analysis and research of the beer production control technology, which has practical significance for the use of advanced technology to improve the automation level of the production of beer.Following is the main tasks of this thesis:Combination of process control system for beer fermentation and fermentation temperature control requirements, some applied rearch has been made in the production of beer fermentation control system structure, control program design methods and beer fermentation temperature control methods.How to create a control system network structure? In this paper, the PROFIBUS field-bus technology to the formation of fermentation control networks has a very a good advantage,because its distribution, digitalization and opening solve the shortcomings exists in distributed control system, can improve the data transmission performance and maintenance of the control systems .How to better control systems software programming? Because the fermentation of the complex production processes, equipment, chain and more logical design, PLC programming methods of traditional fermentation control procedures designed is readable, poor, lack of reusability. This paper uses Object-Oriented Programming idea, analyzes the advantage of Object-Oriented Programming, the information structure of the program, as well as the system configuration and its modular programming mother. Accordingly, a standardized design is created, versatility in a variety of standard functional modules, which can improve the quality of the PLC program design for large-scale program provides the basis for a collective collaborative development.Beer fermentation process of beer production, as the most important aspects, fermentation temperature control is particularly important. As the beer fermentation temperature control has the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying and complex lag, so it is difficult to obtain satisfactory control requirements using conventional PID control. For this reason, a PID controller with variable parameters is designed according to the temperature deviation e,e 'and e〞trends which can dynamically adjust the PID parameters. Comparison of conventional PID control, variable time-varying parameters of PID controller has better control effect for a large time-delay.
