The Research And Implementation Of Real-time Monitoring Management System Of Transmitting Newspaper Layout Using Satellite

With the continuously development of news publishing, it is generally that sending and receiving newspaper files by satellite from one city to another city. The satellite transmitting newspaper files system contains two parts of prime station and slave station. The file is sent by the prime station and received by the slave station. The satellite transmitting newspaper files system has many virtues such as rapidly, reliability, security, widely coverage and broadcast transmitting. This paper researches mainly the transmitting newspaper files using satellite real-time monitoring management system based on computer technology, network communication technology and advanced management technology. This paper also describes improving the traditional work process with information instruments and advanced computer technology. The network construction design combines B/S with C/S. The system monitors the transmitting files with Winsock data transmission technology and queries the data of file information with web database development technology. Finally this paper discusses security policies and design. I chose VB6.0 as development tool and SQL Server 2000 as database tool. This system can improve the digital process of production, elevate the level of production management, improve the enterprise kernel competitive and is beneficial to enterprise in quality, efficiency, management and profit.
