Water is the source of life, and is also an important and indispensable resource in the production life of people. The factory of water bear the major responsibility of water supply to millions of households,so the water pumping station is an important part of transmission and distribution system, its basic task is to satisfy users of water, water pressure requirements, so the normal pump Whether to work at stake. It has a wide range of application that we use computer to detect and control Multiple remote water pumping station.Because of its fast transmission speed, cover a wide range, without wiring, etc,so the application of Wi-Fi wireless technology is more widely.This article is based on Wi-Fi wireless network, using the Winsock control to realize the communication between PC and the lower machine-SCM. And the paper has launched research work in the following aspects:1. In this paper, at first by introducing the working principle of PC,SCM and the principle of communication between them.2. Analysis of the commonly used wireless network, focuses on the Wi-Fi wireless technology features, the formation method and application in practice.3. Communication process should have the correct protocol, in the paper we use the TCP protocol connection, which can ensure data transmission security. This program is also based on VB platform,using the Winsock control to implement server and client communications.4.We debug the program in the VB platform to achieve the client and server communication with the good effect, and design a simple control interface about the pump start and stop,which can be used in practice.5. At last,concludes the design ideas of this paper, and point out some insufficiencies of the work, and meanwhile prospect the future development based on the paper which has been finished.
