The Research And Design Of Business Operation Support System For The Telecom Operator

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued three 3G licences to china mobile,China telecom and china Unicom at 14:30 on the 7th 2009,which standed that China had entered into 3g era.3g ear is not only the chang of network technique but also demonstrates the demands of a new operating ear .3g ear has more service types, the contents of service are richer and more colorful,the response to the service is more quicker,the visual effects are more sharper,the green terminals are more environmental,the replacement of the product is more quicker. How to supply highly effective, fair and standard service in fierce competition in 3G ear is a challenge for business and operator support system .According to the actual demand of tne operators and the character of 3g services ,the paper analyzes the function structer of IT support system explicitly, studies fully and designs the development trend and the structure of BOSS ,which plays an useful effort for the operators,the developer and the telecommunications companies. The main results are expressed as follows:1,Studying the style,structure and the current situation of the NGN, designing the 3GPP R4 version TD-SCDMA network of China Mobile based on soft switching,and analyzing the performed function of TD-SCDMA network.2,According to the actual demand of tne operator, analyze the service oriented architecture of BOSS ,represents the technological ideas of NGBOSS and analyzes the function structure of BOSS explicitly, especially studies and designs the system architecture,the soft architecture,the function architecture,the interface architecture comprehensively.3,Studying and designing the BOMC system to improve management levels and maintenance levels of BOSS according to the construction levels of BOSS.4,According to the safety needs of the IT system ,building the uniform 4A security system in order to carry out the service support security strategy effectively.
