With the integrated development of "Internet +" and finance,Internet financial products emerge at the historic moment.Internet giants,technology companies and traditional financial institutions are competing to launch their own APPs to compete with their own characteristics and advantages.Up to now,the functions of Internet financial products are almost the same.In essence,Internet financial products are no longer purely products to solve financial business,but financial technology products integrating various resources.On the Internet at the same time,the consumption habits of the user of financial development in the upgrade,people are more likely to buy products give yourself pleasure,in the Internet financial under the background of assimilation,how to use the emotional design to impress users become the new direction of Internet financial product design,good emotional design enables users to have a better experience and more love to products.The level of interface design of Internet financial products has been greatly improved in recent years,but the emotional design still has some shortcomings.Based on the three-level theory of emotional design,this paper analyzes and studies the user interface of Internet financial products in combination with other design theories and design methods.In order to improve the interface design of Internet financial products and promote the application of emotional design,this paper analyzes and discusses the application methods and important values of emotional design based on the three-level theory of Norman emotional design.This paper first introduces the development status of Internet financial products in China and the emotional needs of users at the present stage,compares the situation at home and abroad from the development level of user interface design,and concludes the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly,it analyzes the development of Internet financial products and the nature of emotion,elaborates Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Kansei Engineering Theory and Norman's Hierarchy of Emotional Design Theory,summarizes user experience and analyzes the elements of user experience with examples,which provides theoretical basis for the case analysis in the following paper.Through user research and analysis of users' characteristics and needs,the successful emotional design experience is summarized from three levels of instinct,behavior and reflection,and the design principles of sense of security,convenience and pleasure are extracted to provide practical basis for the paper.Finally,based on the existing APP of China Construction Bank,the revision design is carried out.Combined with the analysis of competing products and the shortcomings of current products,the user interface with good experience is designed by making full use of the principles of security,convenience and pleasure of emotional design summarized above.It is concluded that emotional design in the user interface design of Internet financial products can greatly improve the user experience of Internet finance through three levels of design forms,namely,instinct,behavior and reflection.
