In China, with the pace of life speeds up, more and more people own cars. The Driver Training which Trained Professional Drivers ten years ago but now serving the general business community. Most of the students learn the purpose of driving not for Job skills any more, the trend of non-professional drivers make a series of related social problems. Because the driver training methods is traditional, the hardware is old, the venue is single, so many students just know a little about the car parts and performance. They maybe encounter this or that problem while they drive at any time, and cause unnecessary economic losses, even security risks. Therefore, it has significant social and economic significance that research one cost-effective virtual auto parts Fault System. In this article I analyze the relatively popular "Need for Speed" and "QQ Kart" racing game etc, use three-dimensional modeling software 3DSMAX and virtual reality development platform VIRTOOLS to make a desktop-based virtual fault auto Teaching System. Learners in a simulated driving scenarios constructed on car-related hardware components to understand and grasp the common fault diagnosis and approach.During the system development process, I made the following key aspects of the work :( 1) use the software 3DSMAX to make scene of Sichuan Normal University and automotive parts. (2) How to use the mapping of complex three-dimensional model. (3) Process data with the VIRTOOLS,Set Model Property, Physical collisions, Interactive control of driving, etc.(4) proposed the principle of random events and Described in detail the function of modules and channels of Realization.
